Quay Grand Suites Sydney Reviews

My partner and I stayed in a 1 bedroom Botanical garden view suite. Lovely oulook from our room (913) over the gardens and we were pleasanlty surprised to be able to see the opera house as well.

The service was efficient and friendly. No waiting when we checked in, all very smooth and easy. The room itself was clean and spacious. Decent tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk provided also. Facilities included 2 tv's and 2 IPOD docks (one in bedroom and one in living area), comfy bed, iron, ironing board, safe, robes, hairdryer dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.

We just got back from our trip to Australia. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. We asked for some foam pillows and we had them delivered promptly. We had a garden view room and were very happy with it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect. Step outside to ferries, restaurants, the botanical gardens and the opera house. It is a short walk to the rocks and the bridge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for place to stay in Circular Quay. The washer/dryer in the room sure was helpful. One thing we never quite figured out. They have a little business center computer. The first two days of our trip, we were able to use the internet for free. The last day we were charged $5 for 15 minutes. So maybe the first two days were unintentional

Stayed for 4 nights here and it is the most stunning location for a hotel - very accomodating with the kids too. Staff very friendly and great to have a kitchen with everything! would stay again if someone else is paying! Perfect spot for 1st time Sydney visitors from anywhere

I agree with all the good reviews of this place. It is just the most beautful view. The staff were fantatsic, true 5 star service. Do check your bill at the end, as they added something twice & tried to charge carparking ($35) which was included in room cost.

The room service, see my photos but a 5cm steak for $39 & a 8cm steak for $40 with NO sides, no chips no saled NOTHING. and it wasn't even the best steak i've ever had. it was very nice, but not worth the money even if i was a trillionaire! Also watch what you order for breakfast, we had to get help with ordering as we found the layout VERY confusing & even then it was wrong!!

BUT if you don't get room service & you check your bill - worth every cent!!!! Just get the cheap deals :-)

We stayed here for my friend's hens night and we had a ball. We had two rooms as there were six of us and I cannot fault a thing. The staff were fantastic, even after we had an accident with a tray of ice cream, which we had delivered to our room at 2am Fantastic views of the harbour, immaculate accommodation, you know you want to go there.... I must say the staff are the hotel's best asset. They even had a laugh when we left a horse suit behind to be picked up by a courier. They were happy for us to leave it there for a day so it could be picked up. My breakfast was great as well!
