Singapore itself is a wonderful place, the transport is easy to use and efficent, the area is clean and the people are friendly. We stayed for 12 nights and everyday did something different. I can highly recommend the night safari and a visit to sentosa island. I wouldnt bother with the cable car ride to the top of the 'mountain' there is nothing to see!
The hotel itself was a little disapointing but only paying £29 a night what could i expect! the rooms were old and tired with no hanging space for clothes, 1 english TV channel and a bathroom that was on a slope and flooded! the location though was excellant, right on Clarke Quay! 10min walk to the MRT, 30min walk to the harbour! Clarke Quay has loads of nice restaraunts and bars - too many to choose from!
Would highly recommend Singapore but not this hotel!
