Had a lovely holiday here for 2weeks 17Nov.-1stDec. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable and spacious. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job. Central, yet quiet location, no noise in corriders either. Food was wonderful - good quality and choice. We never queued for a table and the restaurant staff were kept busy. We reckon it's the best hotel we've stayed at in Playa del Ingles and we will definitely go back next year. We had all-inclusive for the first time, and it was very good value for money, as we never ate out.

The best hotel i have stayed in on a package holiday. Cleanliness is top notch, the service is spot on and the staff are very very helpful. The air conditioning may not be the very best but it is adequate, and the Princess is the only hotel in the area with air con. The food is very good and you have lots of choice. The entertainment is nothing to write home about, but there are lots to do outside the hotel.

We really loved this hotel it was very clean the maids did a superb job,and the room was spacious. The food was very nice with a lot of choice my husband loved the breakfasts lovely crispy bacon etc, and a lot of choice for the evening meals to suit everyone. There was some good entertainment on which we enjoyed. The staff were very polite and helpful. we would come back to this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family.

the hotel was amazing very clean loads of food choice,loads of alcohol to choise from all day, entertainment was a bit naff plenty of sunbeds and large pool area bus stop and taxi rank outside or short walk to shopping centres beach hotel is great for all with or without kids but it does not give you that option i went with friends for my friends 40th birthday

Great hotel, nice central but quiet location within a relatively flat walk to the shopping centres and beach. Pool very nice, sunbeds as usual a bit of an issue, most were reserved by 9am, there are more than enough to go round but the pool area suffers a bit with shade so the good spots were always taken early. Food plentiful and of good quality, self service drinks which we quickly got the hang of. Entertainment in the evening was adequate though not oustanding but tbh your in walking distance of plenty of bars if you're looking for a lively evening. Lots of 60 and 70's music to sing along too. We have stayed with Princess Hotels for the last 3 years now (the last two years in Mexico) a bit disappointed this time to be paying for extras on an all inclusive holiday? Rooms have fridges but they're extra, safety deposits extra, iron hire extra and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Unlimited internet is 19 euros for 7 days but is well worth it as it works in your room, at the bars and around the pool. Lovely hotel which we would return to but is it really a 4 star? Rated as Very Good instead of excellent due to the non inclusive items.

Very nice hotel always clean staff friendly, great pool always got a sun lounger food was great would definitely go back.

The hotel gran canaria is an excellent place to stop, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I thought the food and drinks were of a very good standard. We would certainly choose this hotel again if we were going to gran canaria. The only downside was that unfortunately we left a bag on the coach, we noticed this straight away but the coach had pulled away. we informed the hotel reception and they immediately got on to thompson. The next day we informed the Rep, but we never got our bag back.

Excellent Hotel, Impressive reception area with attentive and helpful staff. Rooms were first class, nice clean and tidy, lovely pool area has plenty of room and kept spotless,entertainment was on the whole excellent, hotel nicely situated within easy reach of beach and shops, recommended for all ages.

Excellent all round good value. Would certainly recommend this hotel to families and couples. Very clean, well presented with great gardens. Hotel very cared for, cleaners present every day. The hotel staff are very kind and can not do enough to help the clients. We were on 4th floor, lifts very safe and always working.

Plenty of variety with the food, we were half board. Good food and drinks available. The hotel has a very good entaertainments team, who are very enthusiastic.

The beach is not ideal for yougsters as the water is very rough and steep, but the beach is nice for walking and taking in the sun.

There is plenty to do in the area, catering for all types. Good bars, restaurants and cafe bars.

We certainly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were OK and well maintained, the staff were friendly and knowledgable about the area and getting around, pool a bit crowded unless you are up with the larks to reserve a space but we just swam and went! located close to a few bars and clubs, the food was adequate but luckily we were only Half Board so ate out for the entire holiday.

The hotel was very nice although the lifts were very small said you could fit 7 people but 3 and it was overcrowded. Food was lovely but got a bit boring by the second week - we went all inclusive so saved loads on drinks.

The Princess is a fantastic hotel. We got back from there last week, we visit every three or four years(we wrok our way round the Canaries almost on a rota). It is by far the best hotel that we regularly return to. Service is fantastic, and the food is always top quality. The grounds are really nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, and quite modern inside. The swimming pool area is nice too.

Excellent all round. Very clean hotel and friendly. Food available all day with a wide variety and is very nice! would come to this hotel again, loved every min! only downer is that there are a few germans lol was there for the first week of october 09 and the weather was hot reaching 30 degrees each day!

Really good hotel, not alot for teenagers to do, (they do have internet,) but kids club is fun, The food was a bit tame, not alot for the kids to choose from, the rooms were clean and it cost about 2 euros a day and 5 euros deposit for the safe hire. If you want to go out on a tour the 4x4 trip is fun, (but take a jumper or jacket as it gets cold in the mountains if its a cloudy day?) Some staff need to take smiling lessons at the bar. but apart from that we had a good time.
