"We stayed here for our honeymoon"
Overall Hotel Rating:
We stayed here for our honeymoon and although I wouldn't rate it as a 5 star hotel, it was still lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the mini bar was well stocked. The cleaner for our room was excellent in fact. The only down side was the air conditioning wasn't brilliant. The food wasn't brilliant, but they did have a place outside on a balcony just off the main dining room that did lovely stir frys and they had chips and fish and chicken so good for kids or fussy eaters like me. The desserts were to die for and the waiting staff were very attentive. There was plenty to do around the hotel with lots of entertainment every day and the hotel being situated on the beach is lovely. You can also use the facilities of the next door hotel. All in all I couldn't really fault and would probably go again.

"brits a minority"
Overall Hotel Rating:
the hotel was situated a good 10 minute drive to Lara beach centre/ shopping centre. The time we stayed, the hotel was completely full with the majority of guests being Russian. The pool area/ children's facilities were fantastic, you were also able to walk through the gardens into the Topkapi palace hotel and use their pool/ water slide facilities which were just as good , if not better. The downside to this hotel was that the entertainment concentrated on the Russian guests and the worse point being the service with the restaurant/bar areas. You would sometimes have to queue in excess of 20 minutes to get a drink from the outside bar in the evening you also had to wait for a table to become available within the restaurant and although the waiting staff never stopped, their was not enough of them and on a couple of occasions we had to change the table cloths and get our own cutlery, laying our own table before we lost it to someone else. You can choose to eat within the a la carte restaurants for a £5 pp cover charge which we found was worth it to avoid the hassle of the main restaurant and the food in those were great.

"Great hotel for families of all ages"
Overall Hotel Rating:
An amazing hotel with a vast array of facilities, For families who don't like to share with their kids, they offer duplex family rooms that have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (at a very small supplement). You are able to use the facilities at both the Kremlin and WOW Topkapi Palace, which means double the usual hotel facilites and restaurants. Food is of a very good standard and my 6 year old never had a problem finding somthing lovely to eat. The All Inclusive drinks include some international brands. For older kids they have a Play station room which is free to use and has about 10 Play stations, along with a games room with table football, air hockey etc (some games do require payment such as the arcade games and 10 pin bowling). The pool areas are huge and have more than enough sunbeds available, There is a kids playground on the beach aswell which is great when you have energtic little ones who can't yet swim in the sea. The hotel staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a fantastic holiday (we went for Christmas, and we had Santa delivering presents to all the kids and they even got to have a tea party with Santa which had allsorts of goodies and hot choclate, the hotel had the most amazing Christmas display in the huge reception with a huge tree, sleigh, reindeer snowmen etc) . We enjoyed it so much were going back again at whitsun. If there is a negative to this hotel it would be the location, unless you really enjoy walking you will need to get the dolmus into the town but this is very very cheap and runs about every 10 mins.

"Nice hotel but would not go back there"
Overall Hotel Rating:
nice and clean but miles from any life on earth. barstaff were rude but not all of them. the rep was a waste of time didnt care about her guests, unhappy and needs to go in a olds people home the way she was walking and her face was on the floor. nothing to do if you have young kids as every thing was closed down except the indoor pool which was very nice. wild cats and dogs everywhere and they all feed them if you like that sort of thing. we paid for what we got in the end, which was not alot

"Kremlin Palace"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Cant fault the buildings they are grand and very clean but the resort is fill of russians who have no mannors or respect for anybody thay are enough to put you off any resort they will steal anything left on sunbeds and even take your childs toys from them. the food is shocking even the smell is enough to put you off i am not a fussy eater and look forward to trying new food but we spent £300 on mcdonalds in the week. the rep is a waste of space she is never ther. There is ablsolutely nothing to do outside of the hotel gates it is wasteland and building sites for miles. The Turks will rip you off everychance they will get even inside the allinclusive they charge extra for prettymuch everything. i lived in magaluf for two years and never experienced greed quite like the turks. there is no such thing as genuin goods even the hotel shops which are very expensive dont actualy sell genuin goods they are all copys.

"fantastic holiday"
Overall Hotel Rating:
the kremlin palace was rated a five star hotel i would give it a 4 though. the room we had was quite big with a fantastice view of the water slides and the beach. it had 3 pools 2 with water slides which was great for children and adults. the resteraunt was quite busy all the time but we didnt have much trouble getting food once you barged in like all the russians that were there. not a lot of british people but that didnt bother us as we had a great time regardless. the rooms were cleaned everyday and the maid always made something out of our clothes, towels ect. the entertainment had to be the best from there being something on everynight in the ampitheatre to the square and the beach party is a must. then the beach what can i say. the pier is the best place for sunbathing and if you get the chance do the boat trip to antalya with captain zus and do the parasailing with suleyman. we met so many nice local people and everyone was so friendly. i am dying to go back and havent stopped talking about how great it was. one thing i would say dont buy from the hotel shops way to pricy take the dolmus outside the hotel to lara takes 5 mins and there is a great big supermarket much cheaper also there isnt a cash machine in the hotel so if you need money for anything get it when you are out and about.

"just got back"
Overall Hotel Rating:
just got back from kremlin palace. Was a bit wary after reading mixed reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Very impressive foyer and restaurant.Rooms simple but ok.Towels and bedding changed daily.Mini bar refilled daily with water, coke, orange and beer.Only complaint was mildew in bathroom. So much food it was unbelievable but the vast amount of russians who were so greedy and would pile thier tables with food and then leave most of it, pushed in and had no manners slightly ruined mealtimes.Wine and other drinks always offered and cold water always on tables.A la carte restaurants are really not worth going to as very limited choice availlable.Pool lovely and warm 30 degrees and you can also use all hotel next door (Topkapi palace) facilities which was probably more family based.Be careful around Kremlin pool though ,shiny tiles are lethal with wet feet!Better to get a bus to nearby shops or Antalya if you want to buy anything as hotel shops really expensive..£25 for suncream! Beach was beautiful.Safe swimming in cordoned off area and lovely warm sea. Overall a great place to stay but if you want something a bit livelier try next door Topkapi Palace

"World of Wonders Kremlin Palace review"
Overall Hotel Rating:
This was our first all inclusive holiday and had no idea what to expect.
As soon as we walked into the lobby we were very impressed!
The rooms were nicely furnished and the minibar was re-stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and a 1.5litre bottle of mineral water. We had a lovely view over the gardens from our balcony. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
We went in september and had no problem getting a sunbed around the pool at 11am.
The food in the main restaurant was nice but some dishes did not cater for the english. For breakfast we mostly ate pancakes and scrambled eggs although there was breads, cheeses and salads also on offer. At lunch the main restaurant is open but there are other places to eat including the american snack bar, pizza bar and a turkish tent serving authentic turkish cuisine. At night you can reserve a table in one of the three a la carte restaurants but you have to book that morning (9am on the dot as the places are limited) using the telephone in your room.
Our favourite was the mexican where we had deep fried ice-cream for pudding. We definitely came home a few pounds heavier!
We didnt do any of the trips as we were only staying there for a week.
Dont forget a pair of socks so you can go tenpin bowling. You get 1 free game and after that it is 1 euro.
Our only criticism of the hotel is the lack of English tourists staying there. Most of the guests are Turkish, German or Russian. But dont let that put you off, we loved it and have booked to go back next year.

"World of Wonders Kremlin Palace review"
Overall Hotel Rating:
We booked this holiday 3 months in advance - usually go last minute! Hotel is about half hour drive from Antalya airport. We were taken on mini bus so there weren't lots of stops. The drive was quite depressing- a very deprived looking area. We arrived at a very impressive hotel. It was brand new only open a couple of months. This stretch has a few huge 5*hotels. There is nothing to do outside the complexes, so entertainment is on site (usual stuff from a really hard-working animation team). The area is being developed into a golf resort.
Our room was small for 4 of us and I wondered if we could last 2 weeks there. All was fine. We weren't in much. Rooms cleaned daily. Lifts always worked and they were roomy enough for pushchair etc.
Pools are amazing but at that time of year the water wasn't very comfortable, although the weather was great for 2 weeks. The air con isn't switched on til May but we didn't need it. I've never been to Russia but a couple we met had and said the complex was a very good replica of the Kremlin.
Lots of choice of restaurants but the waiters made it feel like ";fawlty towers"; at times. It got really busy Easter weekend and the place was in chaos.Apart from lots of holiday makers from Israel and Germany, there were very large seminars. Food was limited and you could not book the a la carte restaurants. This is done by telephoning a voice recording. Staff did try to sort things but lots of folks were complaining.
They got the flumes and water slides etc working as they weren't due to go on ";high season"; in May. That kept the kids happy and if they're happy ... Staff at the kids club were excellent, especially Berrak. They spoke good English. It was open from 10am til 11pm. They even took the kids for their meals in a kids restaurant that served spag bol, chips, sausage etc. then on to the mini disco. The whole place was very ";children friendly";. My daughter had her 1st birthday there and they made a huge fuss. All the staff- male and female crowded round the buggy every time we walked.
Hotel is on a very nice beach and there are watersports. Some have to be paid for. There are lots of sunbeds and parasols. I preferred to take a dolmus to Antalya and buy fake stuff (the taxis are very expensive compared to bus)The quality there was much better than in the market in Mangavat, where we took a day trip. We saw some mini waterfalls there. Not too impressed!
There were some disappointments. I'd never been to 5* before but don't think this is anywhere near what you'd get in a developed country 5*
To sum up: we had a great time and would return to the hotel hoping that now they've been open a while they'll have got over their ";teething troubles";

"World of Wonders Kremlin Palace review"
Overall Hotel Rating:
A very grand ostentatious hotel that is a bit OTT. Nice to have international branded drinks served by waiters in lobby or cocktail bar. Very warm indoor pool and large outdoor pool. Disappointed by food and service in buffet restaurant(cold food and tables not cleared) and chose to eat in a-la carte restaurants every night-mexican good. Few English guests(only 1 other when we were there)-mainly German but staff speak English.
Would suit people who like to laze around pool or on beach(coarse dark sand), but if you like to explore surroundings browse shops, sightsee, want local bars or restaurants-this hotel is not for you. No resort as such only other similar type hotels. Adjacent to sister hotel Topkapi Palace( a little more subtle) but you are not allowed to use their facilities. Prefer to except Euros to Lira for purchases and services in hotel. Great Turkish bath with exfoliation, foam massage and oil massage 50 Euros.
Kids enjoyed kids club (as only a dozen or so children there at time, they did get undivided attention.)
Would try another WOW hotel but would not return to Aksu.
