what more can i say but wow, this has to be one of the best hotels in the world the size of this place is amazing, the staff are amazing and are allways smiling and if you need help they are there straight away, disney at it's best

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Clean and staff was friendly. It was good value for money. We would definitely recommend if to friends and family and return there ourselves.

Having being to Orlando a number of times this hotel stands out as the best. Its a Disney hotel but the disney theme doesn't run through the hotel. The rooms are excellent, the 'heavenly beds' are solely worth a stay in this hotel! The food options in the hotel are excellent aswell, plenty to choose from including a celebrity chef restraunt if you fancy an extra holiday treat and a steak house and there is also a 24 hour restraunt so if you come back late from the parks (staying at this hotels entitles you to stay in the park for so many hourse after it has closed, beating the ques!) this is fantastic for a snack after a tiring day around the parks. Its closeness to the parks cannot be beaten. You can take a water taxi to Epcot and MGM from the hotel lake area, the other arks are a little further afield but a lot closer than a number of the other hotels.

First time visit to Disney World and our children loved every minute. Staying withion Disney itself was magical for them, the hotel was excellent and really looked after them with things such as children's buffet, funbooks etc. The room was lovely, and it was great getting the monorail to the parks.

Wow! What a brilliant hotel! We visited at the end of last month with some friends from the bowls club and we had an amazing time. It is really near the Magic Kingdom, with free transport to the other Disney parks. The rooms are huge with loads of TV channels. The breakfast is enourmous!

altogether an excellent resort, in my opinion i prefer staying in the dolphin as the best restaurants and facilities are there and the lobby is more impressive and welcoming

The hotel is fantastic for children and it is extremely convenient to be located within the disney resort, especially if you have a one or two week pass. The food is excellent in the hotel and there are plenty of facilities. The family size room is spacious and the resort isn't too noisy at night. There is plenty of parking outside, which is handy if you're on a fly and drive holiday.

what a lovely hotel, very close to all parks and a lovely setting, rooms are spacious, clean and well designed, staff are great - as are most at disney, food excellent - cant go wrong

a lovely family holidasy at disney, havign breakfast with mickey and the crew was great for the first 4 days after that it slightly got a little annoying but the kids loved it. They would of course! We just smiled and got on with it. Next time however we will go ina villa. I did enjoy the hotel tho, very clean and immaculate as you would expect, and food was awesome. Disney is amazing!

We visited this resort on our Honeymoon in September. The location is stunning - right in the heart of the magic. Hotel was very clean with room service at a reasonable time (about 10 ish) so we weren't woken by the knocking. Room was extremely comfortable & very large for the 2 of us, could have easily got another 2 people in each room. Hotel staff were very friendly - typical Americans, and extremely helpful whenever we needed advice or direction. The only thing that lets it down for me is the traditional American food but that is personal preference, no reflection on the hotel. I just do not like food swimming in syrup & supersized. I would definately return to this hotel & recomend it to anybody. It was well worth the extra money compared to the cheaper WDW hotels.
